Application and Permit Deadlines

• New teams must file this application.

• Submit your team details, including rosters and contact information, by November 1, 2025.

• Payment to: pay@kcba.ca ($500 deposit required by December 1st, 2025)

2026 Season Overview and Requirements

The 2026 season commences on May 9th, with the Playoffs concluding in late September or first week in October.

Team and Player Eligibility

• Minimum Games: Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 15-20 games, inclusive of the Playoffs.

• Playoff Eligibility: Players must participate in a minimum of 8 regular-season games to be eligible for the Playoffs.

• Team Roster: Applications require a minimum of 12 players and 19+ Age.

Application/Team Fees

• Uniforms: Teams are responsible for sourcing their own uniforms.

• Application Completion: The complete application process and associated fees must be submitted by the pre-scheduled payment deadlines.

Penalty fee may occur for any late team fee payment.
